In 1950, Morris Simon founded the architectural and engineering firm, M. Simon & Associates, P.A. He relocated the business to South Florida in 1974 and has since been a staple in the franchise design industry.

His son, Richard Simon joined the family business in 1986 after working several years as an architect in New York. In September of  2007, after 50 years M.Simon & Associates, P.A. changed its look and is now Simon Architectural.
